- Rental Day for daily rentals is 9:00am - 5:00pm. - Rental Day for multiple day rentals begins at 9:00 on first day of rental and due back by 4:00 on last day of rental - Maximum capacities are set by law for your safety and are strictly enforced by Lake George Patrol - Late returns will be charged at double the extra hour rate. - Early returns will not result in a refund. - Boats cannot be operated at night. - There are no refunds for poor weather. - Any damage done to or items lost from the boat are the responsibility of the rental customer. - Overnight docking charge at our marina is $25./night. - One car allowed per boat rental. Additional cars will be charged $20/day. - All credits will be given in time only. No cash refunds. - Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the rental start date will result in no deposit refund. - Cancellations made more than two weeks before the rental start date will result in a full refund - Fuel is extra and is paid at return of boat and is based on amount used (tank is full at start of rental) - No alcoholic beverages on board the boat.
